Cakes
At The Barn Chefs, we believe that cake should not only look great; it must taste great, too! That’s why we use white chocolate to cover our cakes, not sugar frosting, paste, or any other funny ingredients your kids can't pronounce.
Simple cakes start at 1kg. Custom cakes must be a minimum of 3kg, and require a 2-week notice. Prices are based on size and design. Contact us for a consultation to make your celebration memorable and tasty!

Over our 30 years traveling the globe, we have tasted and learned to bake bread of every kind. Available daily in summer and winter weekends, these Italian bread are our very favourites. Handcrafted in small batches with 100% organic flour and our natural sourdough they are the perfect treat with our charcuterie and Ancient Mustards.

Pastries and Desserts
We have been perfecting our pastries and desserts for 25 years. The Italian Tarts, Croissants, Meringues, Mousses, Tiramisu, and Cookies are to die for!
Gelato
We believe in going to the source, so we decided to live in the little town of Buccheri, where gelato was invented centuries ago. Using only the freshest local organic ingredients, our Gelato is handmade in small batches and whipped to order.

Cheeses
At The Barn Chefs, we make food you can feel good about eating. Every one of our Cheeses is handcrafted in small batches the ancient way using only hormone-free Water Buffalo Milk, natural bacteria, and rennet.
Full of nutritional benefits they are low in cholesterol, a great source of protein, boost skin health, and improve antioxidant activity.
Make sure to pair our cheeses with our hand-made breads, charcuterie, and preserves, or use them to top our fresh pasta!

Dry-Aged Steaks
We hand-select Prime Beef from Canada and the U.S.A. and dry-age to perfection for your BBQ. Cuts vary week to week- check our social media for weekly updates. Wagyu is available by special order.

Cold-smoked Canadian Salmon made with local hardwood sawdust is a family recipe that goes back four generations!

Seafood Lasagna
This special lasagna is made with our organic pasta (semolina flour and organic eggs), béchamel, cheese sauce, wild fish, and topped off with fresh-made mozzarella cheese.
Pasta
Our pasta machine was handed down from Luca’s grandmother in Venice! Made with copper molds, it creates a unique flavour that no modern pasta machine can reproduce. We only use spring water, 100% organic semolina flour, and organic eggs.
Check the freezer for delicious Lasagna made with Bolognese or vegetarian sauces.

Authentic Wood Oven Italian Pizza
At The Barn Chefs, we don’t just make the pizza; we make everything that goes on it, including all the charcuterie, and that doesn’t even happen in Italy!
Our pizza recipe has been passed down from generations of Luca’s family of chefs. The natural dough takes a week to ferment, creating natural enzymes that are good for your gut. This is a pizza you can feel good about. Eat a whole one and it feels like you only ate a slice!
