Our charcuterie is all hand crafted using Italian techniques and recipes, 100% natural using only quality select ingredients.

We pride ourselves on giving our customers the quality they deserve.

No fillers or funny stuff goes into our meats.

Custom Cakes

At The Barn Chefs we believe that a cake should not only look great but it must taste great too!!!

Our custom cakes are designed especially for you to make your celebration a memorable and a tasty event.

We use white chocolate to cover our cakes, not sugar paste or marshmallows. We don't believe in using funny ingredients that your kids can't pronounce.

Cakes require a minimum 2 week notice period, 3 months for wedding cakes. Prices are based on size and design. Contact us for a consultation.

Simple cakes start at 1kg each. Custom cakes are a minimum of 3 kg.

Hand made in small batches, fresh bread available daily from 9.30am in Summer. Winter - weekends only.

Chocolates, Desserts and Pastries


Our chocolates are made using High quality Belgium chocolate. We offer a variety of chocolate bars, covered nuts and filled chocolates to order (fall and winter).

Pastries and Desserts

The Barn Chefs have over 20 years experience making pastries around the globe. We offer Italian tarts, croissants and cookies. Custom orders are welcome.

Cheeses and Preserves

At the Barn Chefs all our cheeses are made with Buffalo milk: Cheese selection may vary each year.

Our preserves are made using Italian techniques and local ingredients. Both Sarah and Luca learned how to make preserves at a young age. The Barn chefs produce a variety of preserves which go great with breads, cheese and of course our Charcuterie.
