The Barn Chefs are Sarah Woods and husband Luca Molteni.
Sarah grew up in small town Ontario and attended George Brown college in 1996, which took her to Italy to study Italian cuisine where she met Luca. Luca was a fourth generation Chef at the time at only 19 years of age. Luca was offered a position in Bahrain at The Sheraton and they have been travelling and cooking together ever since, seven countries and eighteen years later they decided that Canada was the best place to call home and start their own business in Coe Hill, Ontario. While in Kenya for five years they adopted the joy of their life son Matayo who likes to taste test some of the food.
